P.S. 463 - The Urban Scholars Communty School is located in the HEART of THE BRONX, within District 12.

 

We are part of School Campus 198, alongside P.S. 188x and the NYC Autism School, on Tinton Avenue between Home Street and E 168th Street.

P.S. 463 serves students in Pre-K (4K) through Grade 5.

Our programs include:

General Education, Dual Language, ICT, 12:1 Special Education and Horizon.

Urban Scholars Community School's vision is to provide the opportunity for our students to grow academically, socially and culturally. Our students will be empowered to embrace the opportunities and challenges that they will face in everyday life. They will appreciate the contributions and worth of other cultures. They will be problem solvers, life-long learners and have an on-going passion for learning. Our students will have opportunities to use technology in their everyday lives, increasing their abilities to express themselves through written and oral communication.
